  • Guest：Room we had ground floor terrace had zero sun all day!! I guess being number 13 should have avoided it… The fridge leaked water on the floor . The TV was small and dated no Netflix !! Big shame . It was exceptionally clean and for a 3 star I guess pretty good but could have been better. There is no air con just fans which is ok for winter sun. Bar service and pool excellent although the coffee machine coffee was awful . Could do with a ping pong table or games room for a bit of fun but we did use the dart board . Big plus was the brand new Bali beds for use for free on the Sun terrace . So overall it’s a smashing place but the things I have mentioned would have really made it great!!!
  • Guest：We had a great time at this hotel. Was always able to get sun loungers either by the pool or on the roof top solarium. Apartment was good with decent appliances. No oven or dishwasher though. There was a shop next to the hotel that was a decent price and had lots of groceries and drinks. Pool area was nice and clean and pool was a good temp. We were self-catering so unsure what the drinks and food were like. No air con in the room but can pay extra for it. Short walk to the europa centre (3 mins) with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Around a 30 minute drive from the airport. 30 min walk to main strip in Puerto Rico but it’s all down hill. Taxis were around 6 euro down there. Overall i would stay here again, basic and cheap but nice for what we payed.
  • Guest：Nice apartment with two bedrooms and a good terrace with comfortable seating. The apartment was spacious ,the bathroom was also quite big with a good shower however the floor and walls were not very clean,I went to the local supermarket to buy somethings to clean the bathroom. The food was quite good something for everyone but the all-inclusive drinks should be reviewed, there were only three cocktails included and one was alcohol free.Soft drinks were fine. The staff were great,really helpful and eager to make our holiday enjoyable. The shuttle bus is really a necessity as the hotel is high up in the mountain .The biggest problem we found was that there is no air-conditioning, we found it quite warm in October. The beach is very nice with lots of nice restaurants and very friendly staff. We had a good holiday.
  • Guest：Have just returned from a week's stay. Lovely 2 bed apartment, double room & twin room. Pros: Comfortable beds & pillows Room 30, had a lovely terrace with table/chairs & sunbeds No sun bed wars, plenty to go around, could rock up at any time of the day Parasols, never seen so many around a pool Pool clean & surprisingly comfortable in December. Staff so friendly & helpful, always a hello & a smile. Food was good/great at times, something for everyone, even picky eaters could find something. Salads, make your own salad, beef, chicken, pork, duck, lamb, some in sauces, some cooked on the grill. Vegetables, potatoes, chips, fajitas, like I said something for everyone. Breakfast was great too, English back bacon & streaky, tomatoes, hash browns, English sausages, fried eggs, omelettes, black pudding, toasties, cold meats, cheese, everything you'd imagine on a breakfast buffet. Mr Whippy ice cream machine & all the toppings. A favourite was the huge Nutella pump. Drinks, just what you'd expect on all inclusive. Good range of spirits, branded soft drinks (Coke, Fanta) & the beer was Tropical & went down a treat. A stone's throw from the Europa Shopping Centre, with all the bars, restaurants & shops you need. Views, they were amazing over Puerto Rico, we were very high up but that didn't bother us at all. If you walked down, you taxi back, all taxis are regulated by the government so no having to agree prices & very reasonable. Entertainment, was good overall, although the day time entertainment was a bit lacking depending on which animator was on duty. There was one guy who just couldn't be bothered. Evening entertainment was good too. Loads of return guests, some 4/5 times which says something about the place. Cons: I really can't think of any, we had such a lovely week away. I did loads or research before booking & was sure I'd found a little gem of a place. We had & will certainly return here.
