Guest：We had an amazing stay! The hotel was absolutely clean and beautiful, and the pool area was so enticing — it truly felt like a dream. The highlight of our experience was the warm welcome we received at check-in. Dave from the hotel staff gave us the best tour and made us feel so special. We were even given a rose for Valentine’s Day, which was such a thoughtful touch. St. Maarten was unforgettable — we will definitely be back!

Guest：4 star hotel. Outrageous $50 USD per day resort charge added (this is a hotel hidden fee not a government tourist tax). Expensive to get to and travel from by taxi. Lack of breakfast included is a down side. Meals are over priced. $200 USD for a beach/pool bed (these are free at Excellent hotels). Good rooms, helpful staff but Not competitive with 5 star hotels in Punta Cana for the same price or less (especially the all inclusives)
Guest：Every part of the JW Marriott St.Martin experience was exceptional. The staff at this resort are what make it that way. They are truly the best in the entire Caribbean and we have been to almost every island so can say this with thorough travel experience. The food is exceptional, the rooms are exceptional, facilities are all clean and well maintained. We went during the busy Christmas and New Year’s period and even with the resort sold out, you could always find a chair by the pool, they never run out of clean towels and you feel like you’re a special guest. Thank you to everyone at JW with special call outs to Stevenson, Anaika, Kevin, Leann, Dane, and Panurdang who made us feel extra special.
