Guest：The hotel’s location in Bukit Bintang is excellent — walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Pavilion KL and Jalan Alor, which made exploring the city super easy. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good choice for both leisure and business travellers looking for a central base in Kuala Lumpur.
Guest：We stayed in this hotel in 2005 also. We loved that time so, booked again. Stayed in another hotels in KL several times. But this is the best located in the town. The service of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is nice. The hotel is in the midst of the bustling Bukit Bintang. One can find everything around the hotel. Be it a restaurant, music cafes, 7/11 or shopping center. The revolving restaurant at the top will give one an enchanting view of KL with glaring Twin Tower and KL Tower. We booked Superior Rooms. Since we wanted front view of the hotel, the Manager upgraded our room to Deluxe Room with condition that we have to endure noise outside and cannot complain to change. We agreed but did not feel disturbed.
Guest：Nice big hotel at the ideal location of Bukit Bintang. Everything is reachable on walking distance with nice view from room. The room look small at the price i have paid and little old as well. But bed was comfortable and air conditioning was also good. Room and hotel was really neat and clean. Water bottles, tea maker, safety box, bathtub and other necessary things are available in the room. The hotel have big pool along with the restaurant, also have massage parlor, live music, rooftop restaurant. The staff was nice and quick in checkin and out process. Will stay here again because of the ideal location.
