  • Guest：退房时间一到，服务人员直接开门。我们还在穿衣服….敲门都没有。我们吓懵了
  • Guest：超出预期！很新很乾净，设施特别全。没车的话去便利店或者超市不太方便，如果自带食材的话可以窝在房间里待一整天。
  • Guest：Th?is is an unmanned service apartment. The check in procedure could make it more pleasant by allowing guests that arrive before 3pm to relax at the lobby. The onsen in the apartment is great and the equipment in the apartment are well kept.
  • Guest：Absolutely great room with very good amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with proper cutlery and utensils, which we really appreciated. Having a washer dryer in the room was a big plus, and the view was beautiful as well. Check in was smooth and included a video call with the staff, which was easy and reassuring. The location was fairly accessible, with bus stops and a train station nearby, though there was some walking involved, including a short slope. There were no convenience stores nearby, which is expected given the location, so it is best to stock up on supplies beforehand. The pyjamas were comfortable, and so were the bed and pillows. The onsen was the highlight of the stay, along with the large TV. It was just the two of us, and while the room could accommodate up to four people, the shower door was quite transparent, so privacy may be a consideration if more people are sharing the room, especially when using the toilet at the same time. We did have a small issue with the vending machine, though that could have just been on our end. Overall, this was the hotel we enjoyed the most and would gladly stay at again.
