Guest：First of all, the Valentine's Day decor was really beautiful in the lobby! The receptionists were really sweet too. Sam was such a great help when I had an issue with the heat in my room. She was able to switch me out rather quickly and I'm so grateful since we're having a terrible winter in NYC. I loved the bathroom the most!! A standing shower will always have my heart. Everything was pretty clean, bed was comfy and I couldn't be happier with my short stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Guest：Almost everything was below expectations. One of the rooms had sheets that had been slept in and had to wait almost an hour to get the sheets changed. Both rooms smelled of **** and cigarettes smoke. The pullout mattresses were extremely old and the cover they provided had a cigarette burn in it and was very thin. The second night I asked for an extra blanket and waited almost 3 hours to get it. The floor was dirty and the bathroom did not have any place to hang a hand tall with a very small sink area. The fridge had dirty glasses in it. I would not recommend the loft rooms to anyone
Guest：Rooms, guy at the front desk, amenities are all A+. I’m telling you, this is my best stay in NYC. I would highly recommend. My only concern was that, they manager sent a welcome email but didn’t notify that there would be $100 safety fee for in case of damages to the rooms, neither was it in on this site when I was booking it. So for future reference, it would be great to make it known here on ******* that there’ll be such fees/payments.
