Guest：The hotel impressed us with its design, staff, and location. We really liked everything. It was modern and comfortable!!!
Guest：Room was very clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Easy to reach in Kaprun and enough parkings spaces in front of hotel. Breakfast and Dinner were not too good: Only one coffee machine for all guests. Small varieties. Severs at dinnertime were not good, almost no german. Several mistakes with ordering (single person!). Online check in and out and room key on phone - worked okay, but not my perference.
Guest：It was a very successful vacation! First of all, the hotel reception made me feel like I was in a special place, created to be on vacation. The staff was kind, nice and very educated. The room was beautiful, bright with a very generous terrace. The food was good, fresh and very well cooked. In terms of improvements, the following would be: 1. Lack of a cooler-fridge in the room 2. A temperature control system in the room!
Guest：Super Hotel in dem es alles hat. Tolles Personal, Tolles essen, Mega Zimmer und sch?ner Spa Bereich. Toll fanden wir auch die super Anbindung, denn die Bushaltestelle war mega nah dran.
