Room not clean. Breakfast too late. Coffee after another 15 minutes. No towel for the floor. Had to run always to the restaurant to get drinking water. Overpriced. Needs renovation.
It’s spacious and beautiful, we have a good sleep staying here. Fireworks are visible during NYE, we enjoy our stay here. The breakfast is really good and the staff are accommodating and helpful .
Loved our stay at Ion Hotel Baguio ?? Spacious room, good breakfast, big parking space, and a cozy lobby. Location is a win since it’s very near Burnham Park. Such a cool and comfy place to stay.
Sound proofing is TERRIBLE. We can hear guests from another room chatting on their normal voice volume. Flushing toilet is LOUDLY HEARD from the other room. Passing by clients are heard clearly.
Light switches does not work as efficient. Grounded yata.
