Guest：OK hotel - with a lot of potential. Clean room, equipped with necessary amenities, nice hotel beach with sun loungers and palapas, good breakfast, location great for walks, parking, friendly staff. Lunch and dinner options (a la carte) average and disappointing in terms of quality. Can't comment on buffet option.? Overall the stay was good, would consider to return.
Guest：The room was clean and a good size. The view of the sea was lovely. We did have an ant invasion on two seperate days but reception sorted it out quickly. It can be quite noisy with a beach bar playing loud music till late on two nights. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, but not all. The pool area was great and the private beach was handy. Tbe aqua-aerobics was good fun. The gym equipment needed a little attention. The running machine was out of action for 3 days Breakfast was worth having, with a wide variety of foods. Dairy- free milk was available, but other.vegan options were limited. You need to hire a car. The nearest town had a supermarket and a great pizza restaurant and is in walking distance (1.2km). Just make sure you book restaurants. There are some lovely historic towns to visit, but the nearest was a 25 minute drive away and the best we found was an hour away. We always found a parking space at the hotel, but it wasn't always easy. Practice parallel parking!

Guest：An absolutely amazing experience in the hotel. I stayed with my son,who truly enjoyed it! The room was nice and being cleaned every day. The staff at the reception were always very helpful, a compliment to Elisa who had lots of time to explain what we could explore in the area and arranged a taxi for us.She was very patient to answer our questions. Excellent service, a compliment to Alberto in particular who has been worked extremaly hard.All staff were helpful and working hard, a lovely man behind the bar(sorry I didnt capture your name) he was apologising for our wait and I could see how hard he tried to please everyone who ordered a drink. You definitely need more people behind the bar! Whoever owns the hotel,please look after your staff,there are a rock of your business and are fantastic and a hard working people. I hope the tips that are also left by card get shared between them.... We will be definitely back, the location,the beach, and the staff were just outstanding. The only little suggestion I have would be....food was gorgeous but...we would wish to try a pizza when travelling to Italy and there wasnt one on the menu during our 7 days stay,but thats only a little thing really.
