  • 会员6376：我入住该酒店未体验到服务二字，而且该酒店服务态度很不好打几个比方说，人在房间而且脚扭伤了行动不便给前台打电话让前台把外卖给送到楼上而且前台回复的是自己下来拿我们没办法送上楼，还有就是人没在房间让他们去房间帮忙收拾东西前台说人没在房间我们不能帮忙收拾东西如果东西丢了咋办！我说服务员打扫房间卫生房间没人就可以进去这也不怕丢东西？这就是酒店的服务我觉得该酒店应该重新学习学习服务二字的含义所以给差评
