  • 会员6339：🔔服务：前台很难找，说叫什么运动场，管家一早就打电话来了 🍃环境：非常日本风格，有衣服拍照，去到就已经放好下午茶点在酒店，二楼榻榻米还有桌游玩，还有很多海贼王漫画书，围棋……… 🧹卫生：还行，就是室内温泉池没有清洗干净，还有上一个客户遗漏下来的男人头发，估计有脱发的困扰，还挺多 🚗 交通：门口就有路边用车，比较方便，就是烟花要去比较远的地方烧，晚上除了泡温泉，没有烧烤
  • 会员9749：一家人自驾来温泉小镇，环境很好绿化也很高，很喜欢，房间很干净宽阔，两个大床房，四个人住刚刚好，房间配套很齐全，客厅有麻将机，阳台还有洗衣机可以用。周边吃的也很方便。前台服务很热情，很有耐心。有问必答。非常满意。
  • 会员1248：房子装修对得起这个价，日式环境很惊喜，周末一家人或者情侣过来都很放松。私家温泉池水很给力，泡着也比较舒服，房里有私家桑拿房。但有几点建议： 1.配的日式服装布料不行，穿得很不舒服，且衣服有污渍； 2.退房时间不够人性化，现在很多酒店都可以申请到2点了，我们入住也晚； 3.送的小吃没有做到干湿分离，饼干都被西瓜沾湿了。西瓜能单独放冰箱就好了。 总体满意
  • 会员752725：伊斯登酒店挺新的，里面有些设施还没完全开放，度假区里面环境不错，风景美，夏天也很凉爽，地形问题风比较大，适合度假，有游泳温泉健身体验。但是里面很大，去附近的花海欢乐世界有一两公里距离，有车才方便。我们没有车，周围打车不太容易，去到那里还要麻烦店长送一送，服务还是挺周全的。有些不懂的地方加微信问工作人员很耐心解答。期待以后一些服务设施设备完善一些，这样就可以多些玩乐。
