  • 会员0102：酒店的设施是相当的不错，地方偏了一点但是开车的话不成问题很方便，附近不远也有卖吃的地方，酒店餐厅也很不错价位合理。酒店还我们一家升级了套房，真是特别大的房型，性价比非常高，就是套房的院子里打扫应该更好一点，很房间相比小院子有点打扫不力。服务员的服务也都挺好，不过感觉跟之前住过的这种档次的酒店比服务意识还有待加强。酒店很新，有些介绍说有的设施还没有弄好，童玩中心我们就是按着酒店的指示标志走了一圈也没发现，后来问了服务员才知道还没建好。游泳馆也对外办游泳卡好像，看到很多专门去游泳的小朋友。酒店有一半里面很大一片地方租给了公安办公用，标示不是很明显，我参观酒店的时候溜达过去了，被办公区域看门的训了一顿，干是非常不好。我住星级酒店难道不能到处参观还要看看哪能去哪不能去，第一次遇到这种情况，大城市从来没遇到过。酒店搞的活动非常不错，有当地的小吃烧烤吃喝都有还有小游戏小朋友画画做手工给小朋友做彩色气球糖画，相当的丰富，而且还是免费的，这点还是很好的。总之希望以后会越来越好吧，下次来还会愿意选择这里入住的。
  • 会员7074：酒店占地面积很大，房间宽敞明亮整洁，尤其床非常舒服！酒店是18年新建的，房间设施比较贴心，早晨品质也丰富。性价比很高的酒店！以后有机会去徐州一定还选择这里。

  • 会员1402：第二次入住，上次是18年刚开业时入住的，因为第一次的体验不错所以这次来徐州还是选择了这里，服务还是非常好，因为走的这天下雨，而高铁是下午4点多的，去总台要求延迟退房到2点，说明缘由，总台立给办理了，另外泳池也非常标准，应该有25米的长度，这么标准的泳池在一些高档5星级酒店也不过如此。早餐能做到这个水准也已经非常不错了，中西式的都有，只是煎蛋档口的调料能加上番茄沙司就更好了，还有蔬菜色拉的调料如果能加上油醋也就更完美了。
