  • Guest：This hotel gave me easy access to gare de Lyon for the next day and I was initially happy with the trade off between the distance from Paris and the lower price. Not so after my stay. It cost me almost 200 Euros to get a tiny room without aircon and a bad breakfast (especially by the Ibis standards).

  • Guest：H?tel rénové mais pas au niveau d’un Ibis Style attendu. L’eau de la douche alterne entre eau bouillante et glacée… (sans pression) Concernant le chauffage, il est déclenché en central à partir de 21h00. Enfin, lors du petit déjeuner, 60 personnes arrivent entre même temps (2 cars de touristes) ce qui ne laisse aucune place disponible. Pour autant, le personnel est agréable et compétent.
  • Guest：Personnel incompétent tant à l’accueil qu’en restauration ! Parking très exigu avec des angles droits improbables, des places très petites donc inaccessibles à des voitures autres que les petites citadines. J’en ai fait les frais j’ai ab?mé ma voiture en tentant de man?uvrer ceci étant impossible sans les rétroviseurs rabattus. J’en ai fait la remarque au personnel d’accueil après avoir ab?mé ma voiture, qui m’a confirmé qu’il aurait d? me prévenir ! Trop tard le mal était fait ! C’est inadmissible !
