Guest：The bad: The window in the room was cracked from top to bottom and “repaired” with packing tape. I informed the front desk within 15 minutes of check in - they did not change our room and said they would let the owner know. The tub / shower: sediment or rust came out of the tub faucet upon turning off the shower and made the bottom of the tub disgusting. The shower head sprayed water everywhere including half way up the back wall causing water to go out of the shower and flood the floor (yes we attempted to adjust the shower head but it did not fix the issue). The beds- firmness was fine but the bed was too small. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and received a room with smaller beds. Beds smaller than a queen are too small for my husband and I (we have a queen at home) so that made for an uncomfortable night. The good: the night clerk was very nice and the breakfast was very good.
Guest：We had a great stay! The hotel pool closed an hour early and opened an hour later than most pools.. so that was a huge bummer. Our whole family was really looking forward to it, and even cancelled a previous hotel reservation at a nicer hotel because we were planning on enjoying the pool/hot tub combo with the kids. I would suggest the hotel posting their pool hours if they're going to go against the average. Other than that, all was great! Smiles at the counter and delicious breakfast to enjoy the next morning before finishing our trip.
Guest：Room was clean. bed was comfortable..Staff was friendly and breakfast was satisfactory Stsyed one night so it wasn't an big deal to be without usb port for cell phone and no smart TV
Guest：One of the best places we've stayed. It was worth getting way off of I-80 to find it. Super clean room, great shower, nice pool area and the best free breakfast we've ever encountered.
