深圳凤凰客家酒店是华侨城文化集团公司开发的，以客家文化和婚庆文化为主题的精品酒店。酒店坐落于深圳甘坑客家小镇内，依山傍水，环境静谧舒适。酒店由多栋客家风格建筑组成，灰瓦白墙、飞檐翘角、木雕窗格，满眼尽是古朴。酒店设有客韵双床房、客韵大床房、家庭套房、至尊套房四种房型。客房采用现代客家风韵设计，配以红色装饰点缀喜庆氛围，简约时尚又不失客家文化底藴。客房面积宽敞，中央空调、独立衞浴、WIFI、有线网络、国内长途、网络电视、保险箱、冰箱、迷你吧、茶具、电热水壶、品牌舒雅床垫、洗衣服务等配套设施服务一应俱全。其中豪华大床房和套房均配备石砌浴缸，部分房间设有户外花园。酒店配备独栋四层的中式餐厅，可同时容纳300多人用餐。酒店大堂二楼配有茶室，三楼设有书吧。除此之外，酒店还设有婚礼中心。酒店提供接送服务提供时间早上9.00至18.00 仅供景区的停车场至酒店范围

Guest：Everything is amazing but plese have more sign for the hotel , when we walk to lobby it show art hotel and make us confuse , we walk a lot to find lobby , we also walk to hotel area and we walk back to art hotel lobby again and finally we just know it is same Art hotel lobby is phonix hakka hotel
Guest：Unique Hotel Staycation, where we stayed 2 night, spacious room, nice ambience and conveniently located inside Gankeng Hakka Ancient Town. Complimentary shuttle from Main Gate to check in. Also, provided complimentary professional photoshoot, a big thank you to 阿程 for the great photos, with good hospitality & effort to bring us to the best and famous location for the photo taking session. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.
Guest：Quaint little hotel in the middle of Gankeng Hakka old town. We managed to book the Family Suite with 2 bedrooms for our family of 3 adults, and it was very comfortable and huge. The location is great as we could enjoy the beauty of the town at night with all the lights and also the serene quiet of the morning before the hordes of tourists. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea set, although there was only 1 poor guy working at the cafe so it was very chaotic. The Chinese tea was very fragrant and the local snacks were interesting.
