Guest：Very nice hotel, very nice staff, especially the room service girls from Moldova, always ready to help 10/10
Guest：Not a great experience this time, missing bin, missing kettle, no hot water in wash basin and finally discovered (at 11.30pm) that bedding was damp on my daughters bed. Sent a complaint but all they could say was we offered you another room. Not good enough im afraid at 11.30pm when wed unpacked and one of us was already in bed (the bed without the damp sheets) Think a partial refund would have avoided this negative review .

Guest：My partner and I stayed here recently, and we both loved it! The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from Hayes & Harlington station which is served by direct Elizabeth Line trains to the city centre and Heathrow. We stayed in a Premier Plus room, which was very pleasant and had a good range of amenities, including a purple light option in the bathroom, allowing us to use the toilet late at night without being blinded by the light. The hands-down best part of our stay was the staff; there wasn't a single staff member who left a less-than-excellent impression. They were all friendly, helpful, welcoming and thoughtful. Considering the relatively low price we paid for a last-minute stay (￡147 for two nights in a Premier Plus double room, booked around two weeks in advance) this hotel offered amazing value for money, and I would highly recommend it if you need an affordable but welcoming place to stay, whether near Heathrow or just in West London in general.
