Guest：A lovely girl called Maria G who works in housekeeping was excellent! Maria G was So kind and helpful for setting up my room as I arrived early.
Guest：We visit this hotel on a regular basis and this hotel is by far the best in elstree! From the morning team, to evening , to nights their service is friendly, warming and amazing. They always make us feel like home. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The breakfast is something we always look forward too here (especially the chefs special poached eggs).. and the quick service and lovely chats we have with the dinner team is lovely. Rooms are always very well presented and very clean. The ladies in the night time are also very friendly and welcoming to talk to when you cant sleep. Just want to share my appreciation to the chefs , the other wonderful staff here aswell as jermayne, rozeena and brook. Their warmth friendly faces and comfort is what constantly draws us back to them. Forever a great experience here.. we cant wait to be welcomed back to our home from home.
Guest：Popped in for breakfast with my Mum at the Borehamwood Premier Inn...Went all out!!! Tried everything, from fruit salad to cooked breakfast to pastries. Warmed pancakes topped with berries, fruit yoghurt & maple syrup was amaaaaazing!!!! Lovely atmosphere & staff very friendly. Really enjoyed it. I'll be back!!!! ??
