  • Guest：This hotel is next to theatre and close to many pubs.The rooms are good and the value worthy. I recommend this hotel. Excellent experience.
  • Guest：Best accessible hotel room I have stayed in. The location in the Cultural Quarter is very convenient. Friendly welcome and a good mix of clientele. Parking is in the StJohn's multistorey opposite the front of the hotel. On-site "Thyme" restaurant with meal deals. Best accessible hotel room I have found.
  • Guest：Hotel location excellent for attending Northampton town centre event. Clean in all areas. Friendly and attentive staff. Hotel was quiet and restful. Good choice/variety of food available for breakfast.
  • Guest：I have just spent Christmas at this hotel while visiting my Mum in a care home. I booked a Premier Plus room and definitely feel its worth the extra. The room is spacious, comfortable, has nice toiletries and VERY importantly a Nespresso machine. The staff were all lovely from the lady on reception on Xmas Eve to the one on Boxing Day. Big shout out to Denzel and team in the bar/restaurant for making Christmas evening such fun. The food and drink are good and reasonably priced for a hotel. At the end of the day its a budget hotel and ypu know what you're getting un terms of rooms, decor etc but the staff go above and beyond.
