Guest：I traveled to the Amalfi Coast for my 50th birthday and chose Napoli Svelata as my hotel in Naples. Francesca contacted me prior to my trip to get arrival details. I ran into a snag in London when British Airways canceled my flight to Napoli and I immediately reached out to Francesca to let her know I would not be arriving on the day I had planned. She was very understanding and stayed in contact with me to get new arrival information. I ended up arriving the next day and she contacted me to find out if I had arrived ok and to ask when I would be at the property. She was standing out front when I arrived and she was very nice and showed me how to enter the building, which keys went with which doors, how to use the antique lift, showed me my room, the eating area, offered me refreshing juice and even had pastries for me. The room was very nice, it's Juliette balcony overlooked the main road and had a great view. Everything was very clean and the room was the perfect size for me. It is in a great location just a few blocks from the historic city center and Duomo. The metro is a block away. Francesca even gave me a map with certain things marked and she asked what my next stop was; since I was leaving by ferry, she marked the terminal that I would need to go to and which ferry lines take to Sorrento. She even offered for me stay an extra night at no charge only because I had missed my first night due to the airline cancellation, but I had already paid for the two nights I was staying. Sadly I had to move on to my next destination. Napoli Svelata is a great place to stay and the hospitality is wonderful.

Guest：Hard to spot initially and unsure of how to get in. The step inside the room was a bit treacherous as was the one by the kitchen. To fill the jacuzzi enough for the jets to work, took a long time! A bit noisy even with the window closed. The breakfast was very nice as were the staff.
