  • 会员6469：可以提前预约高铁站免费接送，酒店庭院式的建筑别有一番风格，环境不错，30多个泡池，有中央戏台表演古典乐舞。前台管家黄盘珠小姐服务很热情贴心，帮忙拿行李，开区间车送到别墅，退房时还送水果矿泉水带着路上吃。 这个地方确实适合度假休闲。
  • 会员8729：终于趁着假期有机会过去打卡，果然不失所望。因带了两个孩子，行李有点多而且重，贴心的管家张丽华全程帮忙拿行李送到房间，还为我们准备了水果，还有各种温馨提示，温泉开放时间是早上8点到晚上12点，无限次泡温泉，温泉的水温度刚刚好，还有免费的茶点，我们泡了两个小时也没觉得有太大的疲惫感。温泉区还有儿童乐园，还有演出，虽然没赶上，听起来节目还是挺丰富的。早餐也是非常的丰富，吃完早餐后收拾行李到前台退房，前台还非常贴心的准备了礼物，这次温泉酒店体验5星好评！玩得太专心太认真了，竟然忘记拍照！
  • 会员7355：很晚才到酒店，因为是五一假期，人很多，导致前台服务热情度降低，这个可以理解！房间的设施很完整，比较欣赏庭院的温泉池和休闲庭！必须点赞房间的服务，随叫随到，服务态度很好！第二天临走的时候，孩子忘记了电脑手表，客房服务的大姐们即可追出来并送给我们，很感动！希望酒店持续改善大节日的服务质量，包括早餐供应及分流，客户多了才是考验度假村服务质量的关键时刻！
  • 会员1391：广州过去御水古虽然车程有点远，可是酒店环境很不错，工作人员的服务态度也很好，尤其是前台接待李木娟美女小管家，态度亲切，业务能力很强快速的帮我们办理好入住手续还专车接送我们去别墅，详细的介绍了酒店的服务及设施，非常感谢她，别墅里面的环境很有东南亚的感觉，公共泡池种类多环境好。酒店的早餐也是挺丰富的，有免费停车场
