Guest：Great location, decent room with a beautiful view. Zero water pressure and no hair dryers available. Ot served the purpose for 1 night pre-cruise. The price was right.
Guest：Bar, Cleaning & Front Desk staff were friendly & helpful. We were thankful for the coffee maker & blow dryer they provided when requested. We had room 27 that is small but had what was needed. It had one window that faced the pool with a small view of beach and cruise ships. The only negatives were the bed was uncomfortable & could use more or thicker pillows and a light blanket. We made due and did not ask for them. Also be aware the restaurant & bar closes at 8pm with nothing available after. The whole Boardwalk closes early especially once cruise tourists leave. You must plan your dinners before 7 pm in most restaurants.
Guest：The room was neglected, There was a broken closet door that I reported upon checking in and it was not attended to. 5 days later upon checkout it's still broken, and the room had a musty odor. The staff were inattentive, they seem preoccupied. They did not even give us a run down of the hotel's amenities and services.
Guest：The older of the two ladies at reception was just Downright rude , she was cut , she was dismissive , she was impolite and did not make my first interaction with the hotel staff a good. one. As anticipated, the room was dated carpets, old furniture and fixed things. Very outdated shower. Though clean also was outdated, I got sufficient hot water to take a shower. The bet was soft and uncomfortable.. By far the highlight of my stay was my interaction with the lady in the market, I don't remember her name but she was very pleasant, very cheerful had a very upbeat personality engaged to me kind of helped me find what I was looking for coupled with Elaine behind the bar who is the consummate professional engaged me in small talk. My drinks were good.The service food was good.Suggested that I go for a walk along the boardwalk , to experience that told me they were exercise equipment at the end of the boardwalk , so she was very helpful overall. She is a great credit to the hotel. However.the price for the hotel was commensurate with the quality of the rooms and the fixings therein.So I can't complain, had my experience with the staff at reception been better.You would have gotten a better rating.
