Guest：Poor experience for the price of the hotel. €140 for a night before adding breakfast. No hot water in the shower with staff getting notified and still doing nothing. Added breakfast but didnt get a choice of coffees. Waited a while before getting served. Ordered scrambled eggs along with pancakes and had to ask for the eggs twice before getting them at the end. Pancakes were not as nice as advertised, tesco pancakes are nicer and more fluffy. Eggs took 20 mins to make and my girlfriend said they made her feel sick. Only plus is bed being comfortable. Absolutely everything else is not worth more than €80 for the night.
Guest：I would only give this a 2 star rating. The staff are lovely, friendly and efficient. Breakfast very good. Although the room was nice & the bed was comfortable it’s a very cramped room. Sadly the bathroom was a huge let down, door handle hanging off, sink not clean, shower really not clean to the point of unhygienic. Toilet makes very loud noise when flushes which lasts several minutes. The state of the bathroom took away completely from all the positives, a clean bathroom is a must.
Guest：Beautiful, spacious room with very comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The bathroom was enormous and spotless. Absolutely fabulous stay, it definitely felt more like a 4-star than a 3-star. Would definitely recommend!
Guest：Friendly and helpful staff and a convenient location, but a few small changes would have made everything more comfortable. Even when closed the blinds only kept out some of the light outside so if you like to sleep in a dark room, not great. The duvet was rather thin and no extra duvet was supplied, and the toilet cistern had a problem and made a horrible grinding noise as it filled. Very good breakfast with vegan and vegetarian options served in their attached cafe by friendly and pleasant staff.
