The facilities are top-notch and perfect, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to tourist attractions and the vibrant Karakoy area in Istanbul. It's within walking distance to almost everywhere, making it ideal for exploring the city. The atmosphere is perfect for both first-time and frequent guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. The staff are all warm and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Dila Yilmaz, the Guest Relations Officer, who recommended fantastic places to eat and visit, enhancing our overall experience. I also want to thank the reception/front desk staff who took great care of us throughout our stay. I will definitely come back here in the future. Highly recommended!
  • Guest：Very good location, the highlight was the Burdock spa and the gym. The spa has a turkish hamam (you need to pay for it) but the sauna + steam room + cold shower + rest room was free. The room we stayed in was cozy and clean.
  • Guest：The location of the Hotel was brilliant. Just to my planning it was just in the middle of the spot where I had to visit. Also the managers in the lobby are super kind and they listen to whatever needs you have. I wish to visit here again if I have an opportunity to visit Istanbul again.
