Guest：Unreasonable set-meal policy – confirmed by the hotel I am writing this review after directly discussing the issue with the front desk and hotel management, who have clearly confirmed that this is an official hotel policy, not a misunderstanding by staff. I ordered a lunch set priced at 150,000 VND for one person and simply asked whether two people could share one set. The restaurant stated that a set for one person must be consumed by exactly one person, regardless of whether the food is finished, or if the second person is a child. In my view, this is an unreasonable and customer-unfriendly policy. Once I have paid for a set meal and am not requesting any additional portions or services, how the food is consumed should be the customer’s decision, not something to be regulated. While I acknowledge that the hotel has received my feedback and mentioned escalating it to the group level, this policy is currently in effect and directly impacts the dining experience. I am leaving this review so other customers are aware in advance and can make an informed decision before dining here.
