Guest：虽然离市区较远，但看中酒店很新，打车方便，所以仍然选择入住。缺点是房间内空调不是很好，即使选择睡眠模式，但出风量还是很大，而且正对着床，睡得很不舒服。房间都在2楼，但没有电梯，腿脚不便的长者慎选。

Guest：Stayed for one night. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it’s a relatively new hotel that started in September 2025. Location is very deep in, next to Portuguese Settlement, in the landed enclave area which will often cause heavy traffic jam too. Residents who stay near the hotel like to put fireworks. And there’s even fireworks in the middle of the night like 2am that woke us up from our sleep. Not a good stay at all. Was told to sit down for welcome drink upon arrival, and the welcome drink never arrives. Requested for 2 bottles of drinking water from the receptionist directly. It took about 30’mins for the staff to bring up to the room. Overall, I think the staff work pretty slow in everything. Location is bad. Amenities is normal. It looks like a resort or chalet maybe.
Guest：Sangat2 tenang stay di Labenon.. Tenang je... I stayed for 1 night. Pool sampai malam ya! Anak2 puas berendam.. 1st time stayed dihotel yg pool sampai 12mlm.. Staff semua friendly!!! Love sngt.. Bilik cantikkkkk.. sngt cantik.. buka sliding je nmpk laut.. the view SubhanaAllah cantik... Recommend for those yg mencari ketenangan..
