Guest：Our concierge was amazing! Any issues we had he was right there to help us out! He even gave us a brunch suggestion that was spot on! Everything was super clean and had what we needed.
Guest：The room was clean however missing some basics like dish soap and paper towels. We had maintenance knick on the door at 1030 am to replace a tv we didn't know was broken. No communication regarding the work to be done in the suite. Otherwise just the standard traffic noise throughout the night. Our ticket also kept filling up for long period of time
Guest：I was pleasantly surprised with our stay, the suite was spacious and had a well supplied kitchen. Couch was great, bed was comfy, and honestly the check in is just so quick and easy, basically it doesnt exist, you get a door code for your suite and you walk in.. check in done! Plenty of parking, the only downside is its on a a busy road, but I think thats going to be the case everywhere in the area.
Guest：We stayed for a week and overall we were very impressed with the amenities and staff. We'll plan on staying here next time in Victoria.
