  • Guest：Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff!

  • Guest：Room spotless..staff absolutely marvellous as usual, Zac a great member of the staff as they all are..very accommodating. Highly recommend this hidden gem of an hotel in St Neots.
  • Guest：Rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming. Kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water - still & sparkling, biscuits, all provided in room. Hairdryer, soaps, shampoo available too. Bed very comfy. Stayed for two nights and although the refreshments were replaced, we had to make our own bed in the morning, not the end of the world but when staying in a hotel, having my bed made is a perk! Staying over Christmas period was blamed for shortages on the main and breakfast menus. Very limited choice but we were told that the way Christmas fell had an impact on their deliveries. Service was very friendly but extremely slow. Having said all the above, we would stay again. The staff were doing the best they could and lovely. Plenty of parking spaces available.
