Guest：Do NOT stay in Room 1604 Booked a 2 bed apartment advertised as sleeping 4 - 6 with Crystal ski First impressions - nice spacious and well equipped apartment close to the slopes. HOWEVER…. Barely slept for a week which impacted on the overall holiday. The 2nd bedroom backs on to the lift shaft which is very old and noisy. The lift winches were directly above the room. Every time the lift moved, the sound resonated throughout the whole apartment. The hotel were unable to offer another 2 bed apartment and expected us to squeeze into a one bed apartment if we were to move. Do NOT stay in room 1604 if you want to sleep and enjoy your holiday
Guest：Food is very good. Room was clean and staff overall was very attentive. However there was one bad experience with a barista who said inappropriate/rude things to me when I was ordering a drink that really downgraded my stay. Its unfortunate because otherwise I would've given a 5 stars.
Guest：Great location for the slopes with Gondola and chairlift within 100 m or so from the door. Room was a good size, well furnished, plenty of storage, bed comfortable. Good bathroom, excellent shower. Food generally was very good with plenty of choices at dinner, breakfast typical fare. Bar was good and not over priced. All staff encountered were excellent and friendly. Lots of families using the hotel and it felt a very familly friendly. There is a boot room, location a little inconvenient as it is 2 floors down from exit but there is a lift . Plenty of lockers but they lack individual boot warmers and rely on general roon heating. We didnt make use of the pool or spa facilities so cant comment.
Guest：We stayed here as part of a group ski holiday. We arrived at 1pm to find that check in was not until 5pm, somewhat frustrating given that we’d had a very early flight. On top of this the check in process was very inefficient and slow. I requested linen for the sofa bed on two occasions but this never materialised. The apartment was refurbished, spacious and modern. Unfortunately some fittings were broken and most of the plugs were not compatible with conventional European adapters. Lift access in the apartment block was readily available which was good after a long day skiing. The beds were comfortable but unfortunately the intermittent flashing light from the fire alarm on the ceiling and the small blue lights on the light switches next to the bed did not aid a good night’s sleep. I also felt some of the staff in the bar area were unfriendly and unwelcoming. All in all disappointing.
