Guest：This is a great hotel location if you wanted to shop for electronics at huaqiangbei. Lots of eating places around the hotel area. We could see some of the night lights show at Futian cbd from our 27th floor room. The beds in the room are comfortable. The cleaning lady Xiaocui Wu is very nice and helpful and always had a lovely smile. Check in by 小鄭 5218 was efficient and helpful. Front reception service was very quick and helpful to provide extra bottles of drinking water and towels when we requested. The hotel also provided free supper 9-11 pm with a different menu each night such as noodles, wonton, congee, dumplings etc. The filtered coffee pack provided in the room was pretty good. A bit different to the usual instant coffee packs. There is a good gym on 33rd floor with treadmills, a few weights, bikes and a yoga room. There is also a free laundry room on the 31st floor that has washing machines, dryers and also an area to hang your clothes to dry in a covered open air space. There is a cute robot that brings up and delivers our takeout deliveries to our room. Just be aware you need to first take the lift to Level 23 which is where the check in lobby is situated. Then take another different lift from level 23 up to your room. It is a slightly older hotel but still comfortable. Overall, would recommend this hotel.
