Guest：The staff at the Voco were amazing. Very helpful. Breakfast has such a variety and was delicious. Queen room felt a bit small but I think it's to do with the fact the bed is shaped at an angle!!

The staff were friendlier and more helpful, the room was much cleaner and was full of amenities that should have been provided in my previous stay, and overall an excellent experience and one I hope will be repeated on my next stay in a couple of weeks.

Guest：The staff were friendly, and the location for the hotel was great, the room which was a standard king was very dusty and didn't look to have been cleaned properly, also the shaver plug didn't work and when I asked about it the guy at reception didn't know what they were, they sent someone up and found the fuse had blown, however they didn't replace it and sort it out... I stayed here a year ago and it was much better in all aspects, it doesn't seem to have kept itself up to standard.
