Guest：Building is new but the set up is a complete mess! My room was so hot all night that it was literally unbearable to sleep! I called reception, they send a woman up and she turned on the fan but, when she left the fan was blowing hot wind even stronger than before! It became unbearable to stay in the room, so I called reception again and was told that the central air conditioning was turned on to be hot and nothing could be done!! I had to open the window in my room and the front door in order to get “at least some “ sleep! It’s a shame that in China they built such nice hotels but equipment and facilities are completely mismanaged! A complete **** show!
