Guest：We stayed here for a weekend whilst in Dublin, location is ok with a decent walk to temple bar area but plenty of things en route to enjoy. Unfortunately we had lots of issues with our room, the tv did not work, the lights kept going off, our shower flooded the room as the drains were blocked. A real shame as on appearance it looked good. We did report the tv and someone came but then did not return as promised. We reported the shower in the morning and just had a sorry from reception staff.
Guest：I spent 1 might at the hotel, arrived late at night (due to airline mishaps). It was a brief walk from the Dublin Express bus stop; the area was relatively quiet. Front door was locked but I called the hotel and the night manager let me in. (Note to management: you have a note street-side to "push the grey button" if front door is locked. Perhaps the button was grey in daylight, but at night it was illuminated blue, which the sign did not make helpful to figure out) I asked the night manager for a late check-out (due to starting the 1-night stay so late) but was told it was only for a fee. I let it go. The room itself was sparkling clean, very small and had no closets (hangers on wall), all of which was no problem with me. But, as a prior reviewer noted, the room unfortunately smelled "too clean" (note to management--try using other cleaning agents), even though window was ajar and I obviously came in late with plenty of time for the smell to air out. In the morning I was up relatively early for breakfast. I am not sure why some other reviewers are super excited about the food. To be fair, Point A Liberties absolutely delivers on a CONTINENTAL breakfast (undoubtedly one of the better ones given limited options), but you can't really compare with places with FULL breakfast offerings. Irina was managing the breakfast and she did well. The absolutely wonderful employee was Addie at the front desk. She set me up with a discounted bus tour, gave me a free slightly delayed check-out, and when I came back from several hours of walking and bus riding (shortly after breakfast was officially done for the day), she personally made me some tea. Really, she was WAY better than the other employees, since I got a call shortly after regular check out time from a different employee telling me that I was late checking out (but Addie did confirm that she had made a note in my file). So I think it will take a bit more time before the newly opened Point A Liberties operates as a well-oiled guest-serving machine, but overall it left a positive impression.
Guest：Rooms are too small and stuffy. Housekeeping does bare minimum. Towel and toilet paper supply was only by request. Location is prime though which is the only plus.
Guest：Das Hotel war in einer Top Lage, man konnte alles gut zu Fu? erreichen. Auch ein Supermarkt war wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend. Das Hotel war in einer Nebenstra?e also war es nicht zu laut. Wir haben das Hotel nur zum schlafen genutzt und dafür war es in Ordnung! Der Check in/out verlief reibungslos.
