Guest：人民广场地铁站8号口出来，对面就是酒店，步行2分钟即可到达。酒店装修审美非常好，圣诞气氛很浓厚，服务人员笑容亲切，很热情，服务也很好。房间里的设施用品都维护的挺好的，吹风机是戴森的，体验感很好，推荐
Guest：Best location, best service, they treat you like family. I highly recommend ppl from foreign countries stay here. The front desk solves everything for me, take care of everything too. Don't forget they have free 5 star level laundry ,free, with automatically filled detergent and sanitizer and softener! Super duper convenient yet with high standards!
Guest：We had a great service by Movenpick staff. The room was very cozy and convenient and easy to get everywhere! The room condition was also comfortable so I was much more relaxed :) ! And on the first day, mini bar was free! I really hope to accommodate this hotel next time ??
Guest：I had a wonderful stay at M?venpick by Accor, Shanghai. The service throughout my visit was excellent—warm, attentive, and professional. I especially appreciated having a dedicated point-of-contact who assisted us via WeChat, which made communication seamless and the overall experience feel very personalized. The room was very well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making for a truly pleasant stay. Breakfast was enjoyable overall, though during the later part of the morning (after 9:00 AM), the area became quite busy. With the high guest turnout, table turnover and food replenishment took a little longer, which is understandable during peak hours. Overall, this was a highly enjoyable stay, and the hotel delivers a high standard of comfort and service. With some additional support during peak breakfast hours, the experience would be even more seamless. I would gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
