Guest：Our first few days at the hotel were genuinely very nice. The service was excellent – attentive, friendly and truly welcoming. The food even improved from day to day, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, everything changed overnight. From one day to the next, around 500 guests arrived as part of a Russian club group trip. Since then, the atmosphere in the hotel has become extremely chaotic. The hotel is clearly not designed to handle such a massive number of people at once, even though it seemed that the arrival of this group had been planned well in advance. As a result, all guests who were not part of this group had to suffer. The focus of the hotel was suddenly almost exclusively on this group, and the entire atmosphere was adjusted accordingly — including Russian music, dancers, and themed decorations in the restaurant. There were simply far too many people in a very limited space. The noise level was constantly high, it became nearly impossible to find a sunbed at the pool or at the beach, and the buffet was often completely cleared out within minutes. At times, it felt overwhelming and stressful to move through the crowds. In addition, service quality declined noticeably: drinks were sometimes served only in paper cups, fresh juices were no longer available, and even wine glasses were missing, and even the Wi-Fi stopped working reliably due to the overload. The staff is clearly doing their absolute best under very difficult circumstances, and we truly feel sorry for them. However, the decision by the hotel management to accommodate such a large group all at once was disastrous for the overall guest experience. Another disappointment was the à la carte restaurant, which unfortunately did not meet expectations in terms of quality. It’s a real shame, because the hotel showed potential during our first days.
