Guest：room was very small. had issues with the shower but it was fixed straight away. restaurant was good but expensive.
Guest：Really friendly staff, especially the young lady with brown curtly hair whose name I have forgotten (sorry!). Also shout out to the barman who made me coconut daiquiri that was outstanding. Room was gorgeous. Very clean, very high spec. Bathroom was stunning. Very soft bed and generous pillows. My only gripe - no where in the room had a good place to do my make up. The desk was angled away from the natura light of the window and all the artificial lights were too warm/soft. I long for the day when room designers realise that there’s quite a lot of us that want a mirror in front a window or a high spec light in the bathroom please x

Guest：Excellent I didn't realise when i booked that i booked a room for disabilities, so i told them in advance. When we got there the receptionist said it didn't matter and that nobody needed it for that night. We couldnt have wished for more. It was spacious, plush, had everything. The view of the city was nice. Lighting was excellent. It had a very big bathroom with wetroom shower. If the standard rooms are half as good I'd be happy. Breakfast is not your traditional English it has a turkish twist to it. We had poached eggs on sour dough toast with smoked salmon on the side.
