Guest：Everything was top notch! Room, service, and location! We would recommend this hotel to anyone
Guest：This is a beautiful and historic hotel that exemplifies everything you want in a place to stay. Classy but not pretentious, it perfectly balances upscale amentities with a down to earth personality that is unique to Philadelphia. The exterior architecture and interior decor is stunning, the rooms are thoughtful and spotless, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. From the vast public spaces throughout the hotel to the exceptional tilework in the bathrooms, there is always something to appreciate. In addition, the guest access to the Sporting Club takes this experience to a whole other level.
Guest：It was 6:30am I only wanted a coffee and the server asked for my beverage comp card yet coffee is free in the lobby. I did not have a problem paying for it. It was kind of her but she left a family with a child waiting while asking me to look for the comp card on the 19th floor.
Guest：The hotel was lovely and very clean. The location was great- lots of stuff was within walking distance. The elevators are very slow and breakfast was very problematic- there was a long wait and then there was literally no food. They said they would bring more but we waited over 45 minutes for them to bring food out. They did have gluten free bread, which was a nice surprise, but it took about 40 minutes to get it.
