Guest：While the FC seems like an adult oasis, I found that everything (bowling, theater, classes) were more or less already booked up, and there were tons of kids at the club all weekend. While the staff are mostly very nice, there was an oddly limited amount of information provided about where things were, how you utilize the amenities, or what was what. There was also almost no signage anywhere. It was kind of an odd experience and I'm not sure I would stay there again.
Guest：Staff were friendly, facility was clean. They promoted a lot of things online but several things weren’t available. Coffee machine near our room was broken, someone had to let us in the door when we arrive because they didn’t answer the intercom, our key card also wouldn’t open the door when we arrived back at 11pm for the night, we couldn’t book a massage, and they promoted the the club car to us multiple times but when we actually wanted to use it, it was an hour and a half wait. It was nice place but probably won’t return l.
Guest：Amazing Amazing - the most amenities I’ve ever had at a hotel. Full gym, pool, spa, toiletries everywhere - friendly and caring staff. Katie specifically was amazing for my whole stay.
Guest： didn't have a good stay this time... The shower faucet was broken and could only shower withthe hand held hose, it was not a good experience teying to get ready in the morning. The hvac was incredibly loud during this stay, it almoat sounded like a plqne coming in to land. It was.so loud rhat it was difficult to sleep.
