Guest：Siamo un gruppo di amici partecipanti della gara Gran Paradiso, ospiti per 2 notti. Un ottima esperienza , personale molto gentile , accogliente e tutti molto simpatici. Ottimo cibo e anche per i più piccoli c’è un menù dedicato . Assolutamente consigliato , ci ritorneremo sicuramente l anno prossimo.
Guest：BREAKFAST: The best part! One of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Quality over quantity! Also the waiters Massimiliano and Filippo were very nice! SPA: We have been to many Spas. This one was nice but it’s a shame that children are allowed from 10-17 and that you only have the time between 17-20 without children (also since dinner is usually from 20 onwards which can get quite stressful when you need to take a shower and prepare yourself for that). 7 hours of spa with children are too many hours, would be much better to allow children only in the morning or for less hours. Also, strange to allow people from outside the hotel with babies/children. People who come here without children like us come for relaxation not to visit Gardaland. ROOM: We got upgraded to one of their best rooms upon arrival as a surprise. It was really nice and clean and with a great view - like a dream to wake up to that! More like an apartment rather than a room. It had everything one could need and more. Nice products to use in the bathroom. Comfortable bed! CLEANLINESS: Really clean, very good service!

Il personale è estremamente gentile, sempre sorridente e disponibile; una menzione speciale va a Filippo, il general manager, una persona davvero deliziosa che ci ha fatto sentire accolti come a casa. La struttura è molto caratteristica e riesce a fondere alla perfezione innovazione e tradizione, creando un’atmosfera calda ed elegante allo stesso tempo. Ottima la sala giochi, ben attrezzata e pensata per bambini di tutte le età: un vero valore aggiunto per chi viaggia in famiglia. Molto piacevole anche l’aperitivo al bar, reso ancora più speciale dalla musica dal vivo, un momento di relax perfetto dopo una giornata di vacanza. Struttura più che consigliata, soprattutto per famiglie: torneremo sicuramente!
Guest：capodanno in famiglia, una settimana di relax totale a Cogne, in queto hotel dove tutto è super, perfetto, meraviglioso. gentilissimi tutti, camere pulitissime.. poche parole perchè troppe sarebbero comunque inutili. se andate a Cogne questo hotel fa per VOI!
