  • Guest user：Red Frog Beach Island Resort offers decent accommodations. The condos are functional and provide a comfortable place to rest after a day of activities. However, the restaurant service is a significant drawback. The staff often seems indifferent, and the wait times for food can be quite long. Moreover, the hotel transportation, which is crucial for getting around the island, frequently takes longer than expected, detracting from the overall experience.
  • Guest user：Red frog is a beautiful resort with lots of potential. Our villa was clean and BIG. Exceeded our expectations. Beach is beautiful. Staff was friendly when you spoke to them. GM was working hard. We were there for a week. Also comp'd us one way transportation. Cons (Christmas week review) -over promise and under deliver is the theme here. -We were promised in writing a two twin room and we got a bed and a roll away instead. -We were promised a golf cart in writing and never got it. -Sometimes they showed up with golf cart when I text them and sometimes they did not. -Sometimes they answer the phone and sometimes they did not. -The food is terrible at La Rosa.
  • Guest user：Traveling alone I cannot say enough about how well I have been treated here from the moment I arrived. You would think I was a celebrity. The property landscape is absolutely magnificent and well maintained. There is a lot of wildlife to see along all the roads and trails. You will need to walk and take a boat to get the most out of your experience here just like anywhere else in this country. It is not a zoo. If you don't like to walk or boats I would suggest not coming to Panama at all. Of course the place needs some maintenance it is in the jungle on an island again no different then the dozens of other places I have visited here and around the world. The staff is exceptional and everyone here is very friendly.
  • Guest user：A wonderful resort. I cannot say enough about how well I have been treated! You would think I was a celebrity. The staff and management have been very helpful and friendly. They have gone out of their way to schedule boat tours for me and respond immediately to any request I have had. The island has a lot of wildlife and I've seen many birds, monkeys, sloths and red frogs! The property is beautiful and well manicured great for walking. The spa services were fantastic. I look forward to returning next year!
