Guest：Amazing customer service Excellent food ?? Nice mix drinks
Guest：The rooms were updated and clean. There was a desk and chair which was convenient. The bathroom door opened inward which made space to walk around the toilet, awkward. The vanity mirror in the sink area, didn't have a light. We arrived around supper time & was informed the restaurant was having a private event so would not be available to us. It was a holiday weekend & many other places were closed in the village. The next morning, we were going to have breakfast but they were very understaffed & still hadn't gotten our food after almost 2 hours of waiting. The restaurant was quite busy with only 1 server and 1 cook. I had a meeting so had to leave without getting my order. Outside the lack of food options and staff shortage, the rooms and beds were fine, the grounds were well taken care of, the parking felt secure. Hope they can find more people to staff the restaurant. I did hear the food was good once you got it.
Guest：We enjoyed our stay at Toucan Inn. The room was clean and spacious. The AC worked great and there was plenty of hot water! The only thing that would have been perfect would’ve been having a hair dryer and a mini-fridge in the room. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant. I do think they would benefit from more staffing because it took quite a while to bring the food.
