  • Guest user：Location is good. parking is a bit pricy - cost $30 a night even for a weekend. Room is ok.

  • Guest user：Great location. A number of cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. There’s also a large Westfield shopping complex about a 10-minute walk away, with even more restaurants and retail stores for your perusing. For those taking public transport, Parramatta train station is a similar distance (shopping centre and train station are side-by-side), which is an easy/flat walk to and from the hotel. During our stay, we were liaising with Claire, who was brilliant throughout. We had three rooms booked, and she looked after us all very well. The staff overall were friendly, and the rooms were renovated and modern. The buffet breakfast was not an overly large in selection, but a good amount of options to choose from.
