Guest user：Von einem in Europa befindlichen 4 Sterne Kinder- und FamilienHotel h?tten wir mehr Reinlichkeit erwartet. Hier waren wir beim Thema Hygiene etwas schockiert (auch ohne Corona). Die Fl?chen zum Spielen sind innen wie auch au?en sehr gro?, doch die Ausstattung ist gr??tenteils kaputt und vor allem leider sehr sehr dreckig gewesen. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Essen gut nur über 6€ für 1L Mineralwasser zum Abendessen finde ich ein wenig zu teuer (betrachtet man generell die aktuell aufgerufenen Hotel und Urlaubsreise). Die Familienzimmer sind sehr gro?, doch in die Jahre gekommen. Babynahrung (Holle), L?tze, Kinderbetten, Fahrr?der, Kinderwagen und Kraxen k?nnen ausgeliehen werden, genauso wie Anh?nger oder E Bikes. Der Aussenpool ist wirklich sehr sehr sch?n (unter die im Pool befindlichen Liegen sollte man jedoch besser nicht schauen. Der Innenpoolbereich ist in meinen Augen viel zu dunkel und vor allem im Wasser (Poolboden) sehr dreckig und es wurde sicherlich seit Wochen oder Monaten nicht geputzt.
Guest user：Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und das Essen ist wirklich einmalig. Wir waren im J?nner 2022 schon mal hier, und ich werde sicher wieder vorbei kommen. Die Saunalandschaft ist Traumhaft jedoch haben sie eine neue Regelung, das nur eine Sauna t?glich aufgedreht ist . Kann ich bei den Energiepreisen verstehen, jedoch wenn Hauptsaison ist, kann es eng werden. Alles in allem ein super sch?nes Hotel und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genie?en k?nnen.
Guest user：Great hotel and staff. We stayed hier for one week with our two year old. Everything is well thought through, especially for kids. You don’t have to bring your own baby cot, stroller, slay, cleaning matras, etc. (Only your child’s diapers and cleaning wipes). Childcare is great (six days a week 8.30 am till 17.00/20.00/21.00 pm depending of the day). We stayed in the hotel (not in an appartment). And we were happy to notice that there was no real noise of other visitors while in the room. Rooms are big and clean. The warm children’s pool with toys already present brought lots of joy to our two year old. Also the pool at the roof is nicely warm with great mountainview. There’s wellness (for both kids till 14 years and seperately aswell for persons aged over 14). In the restaurant is thought of a children’s playing area. There were activities organized during the week aswell (horse carriage for example). We had a wonderful time.
Guest user：This is by far our best holiday with our kids EVER! The staff and room at the hotel were an absolute dream and our kids were in heaven meeting new friends in the kids area.. which is supervised and great for kids. Lufthansa lost our luggage and all the Christmas presents but the hotel put on a beautiful Christmas evening musical presentation and presents for the kids. It saved our Christmas. The food was unreal… the serving staff were incredibly kind and so good to our boys as well as taking extra care of us adults when our boys ran off to play with their friends. The room we had was incredibly clean and comfortable.. our boys had their own room and loved it. There is a gorgeous spa area and rooftop swimming pool which was perfectly warm and stunning. The kids swimming inside was super clean and really perfect for kids any age. I could talk for days about our experience but we highly recommend this hotel and experience. We can not wait to return again next Christmas.. (family with two boys aged 5.5 and 7 years)
