  • Guest：酒店位置非常好，就在火车站隔壁。房间很大很新，房间内设施很齐全，我们的房间是有厨房的，煮食用具餐具都有
  • Guest：We booked this room for 3 occupants. We went and found no place for my son to sleep. We asked them and they brought a role away bed that was broken which they knew it was broken and they apologized. We took the slim mattress on it and placed it on the floor so my child can sleep. In the morning, they brought some bedding and placed it on a sofa in the room, not a sofa bed. That evening 12/29/25 the lady who presented herself as the manager literally interrogated me about the bed and made me feel that I was a criminal. She was the rudest person in a hotel I ever interacted with. Also we asked them to let us stay an extra 45 minutes so we can perform our prayers and that same lady denied our request. If you have a family or have some religious needs, this isn’t the place for you!
  • Guest：就是房间小了一点。但是交通很方便，窗户前面就是火车站，下半夜的时候有一点点火车声音。
  • Guest：Excellent! Beautiful, modern, clean and spacious rooms with quality products and amenities. Very polite and friendly staff. Great location right infront of Horgen station with the veiw of lake Zurich. Highly recommend
