Guest：Excellent position for strolling around and exploring Palma. Staff were lovely and very helpful, it was my partners birthday and they arranged some nice gifts in the room for us and gave us an upgrade to the Essence Suite which was incredible. We eat in the restaurant for some tapas which was lovely. A shout out to IVAN who helped me to put some birthday banners up in our room! Thank you for that ?? PS the bed was super comfy and I loved the candles everywhere in the evening in the communal areas! Also the bath products in the room were so so lovely! ??
Guest：Well, Palma was love at first sight but Puro definitely made it GRAND. Located in the delightful maze of lanes in the now considerably upscale Old Town, the hotel was the perfect base for my week stay in this gorgeous city. An atmosphere of quiet charm pervades this historic building, which was obviously a royal private residence in the past. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the little extras like a welcoming drink and daily chocolates much appreciated. But above all, it was the staff that truly made an impression on me. Camila, Luciano, Natalia and Anna at reception were always friendly and helpful. And Gabriela in the dining room was a delight. I shall definitely return, hopefully in the near future.
Guest：Palma de Mallorca really surprised me in the best way. The city has so much charm, great energy and beautiful places to walk around. I really enjoyed visiting the cathedral and just getting lost in the old streets. Thanks to a list of local events that the reception team sent me on WhatsApp, I also ended up seeing things I would never have found on my own — much more authentic and not the usual tourist spots. I have to say the reception team at Hotel Puro Grand were amazing. Super friendly and always ready to help, and I really appreciated their warmth. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location to explore the city. I stayed for four nights and honestly loved it. I’m sure I’ll come back again.

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our stay. A special highlight was Antonia at the reception. She went above and beyond to take care of all our requests and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference in our experience.
