  • Guest：The room is clean and service is good. We chose a bigger room but I think a normal size room is good enough. More important is the ventilation and air conditioning issue. There is always a little different smell or odor of air especially when rooms nearby is smoking. Different taste of smell of smokes comes into the room from air conditioning ventilation or through the gap I think. I cannot sleep well because I am a non smoker. For 5 nights I am inhaling a mini version of second hand smoke when sleeping, but after a few days my sense of smell is numb of the odor!
  • Guest：The hotel is not that clean. The room I stay in even left someone’s used toilet paper.
  • Guest：房间比图片上还大，床品是记忆棉的，软硬适中，躺下就不想起来（睡眠浅的我居然一觉到天亮，隔音真的好！）。浴室乾湿分离，热水来得快，洗漱用品是某高端品牌（不是杂牌），细节很到位。最惊喜的是前台小姐姐，主动帮我升级了景观房（窗外能看到城市夜景），还送了欢迎水果。退房时因为赶时间，前台直接帮我打包寄存了行李，下午取的时候还提醒我带伞（当时外面下雨了），服务真的暖到心坎里。
