Guest user：The hotel is very well appointed - spacious and comfortable rooms and good facilities. The breakfast is good but be very cautious of the food here particularly if you are going to eat lunch or dinner (breakfast is great). We had a mixed grill in the Kitchen restaurant and became very ill almost immediately. Such a shame as otherwise it was a great stay!
Guest user：The people of Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa make the world of difference. They are welcoming and hospitable beyond expectations. My entire stay was characterised by interactions that made me feel at home. No ask was too big or too small for them. The breakfast spread is expansive and accommodates almost every taste and or diet. What a team!

Guest user：The best hotel in Addis Ababa, bar none! The service and staff are excellent! The rooms, pool/gym and restaurants are all fantastic and meet high standards. The hotel's location is centrally located to many of the city's attractions and having parking on site made things easier for me. I've really come to enjoy this property and I'm sure many visitors to Addis will enjoy it as well. JG.
