凱悅酒店品牌介紹：

1957年，創始人Jay Pritzker成立凱悅品牌。并于 1962 年成為上市公司。1968 年，凱悅國際酒店集團成立并在后來發展成為獨立上市公司。凱悅酒店集團和凱悅國際酒店集團分別在 1979 和 1982 年被 Pritzker 家族企業利益集團收歸私有。2004 年 12 月 31 日，Pritzker 家族企業利益集團擁有的全部酒店資產——包括凱悅集團和凱悅國際集團——均被整合至現在的凱悅酒店集團。

  • Guest user：The experience was amazing all the time, staff was always happy to help
  • Guest user：We really liked the location, it was right next to Darling Harbour. We got a warm and friendly welcome by the intern Brent at the front desk. He was nice and told us about all the things to do around, however, we had requested a room with a view, that they didn't provide, which we didn't fuss over. We were pleasantly surprised to see an Indian dish in the already wonderful breakfast spread, and we loved that. The chef was kind enough to proactively ask us if we enjoyed the food and if we had a special request for the breakfast the next day, which they gladly honored. The hotel also had direct access to Darling Harbour, which was very convenient as we wanted to visit it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hospitality and customer service at Hyatt, and would gladly visit again.
