Guest：What an absolutely amazing stay we had at this beautiful palace! Loved the attention to detail and the amazing staff. The bedrooms were beautifully designed with luxury fixtures and fittings. We stayed in the separate building with I think just 14 rooms which I would highly recommend. Our room was the Persia Room and so peaceful….we had such a great nights sleep in the super comfy bed. I would like to say a special thank you to Rajkumar and Alok who prepared our room in such a beautiful way, we came home to a bath run and rose petals everywhere. Rajkumar kindly prepared us a foot bath for our tired feet too. Also thanks to the lovely lady (so sorry I didn’t get your name who welcomed us to our room too). Utkarsh, Ayush and Subash were so professional and gave us a great service in the dining room. Also a special thank you to Ganesh who really did make us feel at home. Naseem was also so lovely giving us a tour of the garden with his horse Mona. I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel enough. Thank you to Kaif, the manager, who was also so lovely and welcoming to us. I wish we had stayed longer than just one night. Thank you

Guest：Excellent stay in the heart of Benaras. This Palace hotel has a charm like no other. It feels royal yet very much at home. The staff is extremely courteous and kind. We were there for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Unlike many other heritage properties, the food here is top notch. Every dish is perfectly created and seasoned. Chef Santosh the head chef is truly a magician. The 30 acres of lush green property, waking up to the chirping of birds and sounds of peacocks is truly something to be experienced. Manya and Kavya at the reception are extremely warm and welcoming. Another highlight was the buggy ride with Naseem ji who was very gracious to tell us fascinating anecdotes about the royal family and the palace. I would love to be back here some day with my family to experience the exceptional hospitality all over again.
