  • Guest：Relatively good enough quality by Calabar standards. However, pillows were too hard and oversized - making them unfit-for-purpose. Had a couple of facility management challenges in the bathroom - loss of water an undersized toilet seat with a seat cover collapsing on me, and loss of running hot water overnight. Breakfast menu is in need of enhancement in order to appeal to a diverse guest population. The pool bar area is in dire need of a major upgrade. Evidence of neglect around the hotel. But overall, when compared to certain other hotels in Calabar - it is still the hotel to be at.
