  • Guest user：Comfortable and good location. You can walk from subway Seoul station through underground walk.
  • Guest user：The gym was very small, wanted to do some yoga which I was able to do once...luckily by the time I was almost done came another guest using the thread mill machine which made my practice noisy Breakfast selection was good! Front desk personnel were polite.
  • Guest user：We booked this because we want to make it convenient for ourselves as we are leaving for airport via AREX. Rooms and fine, but a little small if you have 2 luggages. Not all staff there are approachable. The staff who checked us in was polite but we encountered some frontdesk who have a straight face and unfriendly, so it auddenly turned unpleasant. Those working at the conceige are very polite and nice too. Housekeeping staff are very approachable too. This hotel is good when you are travelling subways or trains to Seoul Station. If weather is cold or wet, it's all covered all the way. Just look for Exit 12, and you will see sign boards for four point hotel. I used city airports as I am travelling by Korean Air. We timed ourselves that morning as we left the hotel with 2 luggages, walking from hotel to Seoul Station takes about 9 minutes, will be faster without luggages. If all the way to the city airport it will take about another 10 minutes, plus waiting time for the lift. So do factor in the time during your planning. Overall its a good hotel and I will come by again.
