  • Guest：We weren’t expecting the hotel to be so far from the city center. Though it still was pretty fast to get there by grab and inexpensive too. At the end of the day it wasn’t a problem. The staff was so nice, both at the reception, the vallet sections. They gave us so many tips! Highly recommend for girls travelling alone !
  • Guest：The soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear my neighbor snoring, doors opening and closing, and even housekeeping staff talking loudly during the day. It seriously affected my rest. The towels need to be replaced — mine had already turned grey, which raises hygiene concerns. The overall room cleanliness was also quite careless and below expectations.
  • Guest：进到房间有很重的霉味，换了房间味道好一些，墙纸都因潮湿脱落。洗手盆的水下的很慢，热水器冷热交替 很糟糕?? 厕所的镜子边都生锈，早餐也普通。
  • Guest：Booked the junior suite with 2bedrooms and extended for another night. Room is extremely spacious and nicely decor. Front desk staffs were friendly and courteous. Hotel is well located with lots of eateries and shopping within short walk. Only bad experience is with all the 3 TVs in the room. Unable to watch on any channels due to no signal. No TVs for 2 nights stay. Everything else was good.
